• We use reasonable security practices; however, internet transmission is not completely secure.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations will not be accepted. You may refuse delivery for eligible items.
• Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and approved by our quality check.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after return approval.

Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 2 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
• Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 2 days of delivery. We will evaluate and approve eligible returns.
• Items excluded from return/refund: LPG cylinders, regulators, valves, safety-critical equipment, consumables, items that have been installed or used, and items marked non-returnable at purchase.

Shipping Policy

• We currently deliver within Itanagar area only.
• Orders are delivered within 2 days from order confirmation.
• Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of order.
• Shipping or delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
